We are looking for a Project Engineer to own field execution and drive the construction process on site every day.

The Role

You will be Amarilla’s presence on site. You will coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, materials, logistics, and field activity through the critical phases of construction.

You will work closely with our Construction Manager and BIM/Digital Twin engineers to keep the work on scope, on schedule, and on budget, while holding every trade accountable to Amarilla’s standard.

This role is for someone disciplined, practical, detail-obsessed,



and comfortable carrying real responsibility on site.

What You’ll Do

Run daily site operations and coordinate contractors and subcontractors across construction phases
Drive the field execution process, making sure work is planned, sequenced, verified, and completed correctly
Monitor schedule and budget, identifying risks early and escalating issues before they grow
Inspect and verify subcontractor work for quality, completeness, and timeliness
Prepare and submit payment requests for approval
Communicate scope deviations, field conflicts, and contractual issues to the Project Partner
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and OSHA requirements
Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation
Manage materials, equipment, and logistics so the right resources arrive at the right time
Uphold Amarilla’s 5S site standard and hold every subcontractor accountable for a
