Together the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.

We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Finance Team

What you'll do:




- Focus on ensuring Snapchat's invoicing efforts are carried out timely, correctly, and accurately
- Ensure Oracle notes and coding are up accurate and adhere to global standards
- You'll collaborate with the Business Solutions, Operations, and Accounting teams on creating efficiencies and improving our billing and collections processes as we continue to scale our products.
- Investigate, document and work on global billing resolutions (disputes)
- Partner with the cash application team to ensure all incoming customer payments are applied in a timely manner
- Monthly customer account reconciliations (if required) to verify all open balances
- Reach out to customers where needed to clarify current data held for invoicing
- Provide support and prepare other ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
- Focus on meeting departmental monthly collection goals
