The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and
execution throughout the product Lifecycle, including: defining
and executing the product vision, roadmap and the
Interoperability platform strategy. This role partners with engineering,
sales & marketing teams and implementation teams to deliver scalable,
standards-based healthcare data exchange solutions. The Product Manager
ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Interoperability platform, APIs, and integration frameworks.
· Establish Interoperability strategic direction with overall business unit strategy.
· Serve as subject matter expert in FHIR, X12, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and related Healthcare standards.
· Collaborate with senior management to define, establish and achieve overall objectives for the product line.
· Implement growth strategy through API expansions, regulatory enablement, platform extensions, and partnerships
· Hands-on experience with CMS Interoperability Final Rule, Prior Authorization transformation, and regulatory compliance.
· Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
· Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules.
· Be an expert on assigned product components & also with respect to the competition.
· Drive & manage core product track and client specific interoperability solutions. side by side.
· Responsible to accept or reject any CR/ER along-with logical reasons behind his/her decision.
· Mentor & manage teams of Product analysts to deliver product artifacts (BCDs, BRDs and PRD/FRS, Mapping documents).
· Gain expertise across all modules of all ZeOmega products
· Provide artifacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries
