from NIFT or a similar fashion/textile background who is curious about fabrics,
garment care, consumer behavior, and business strategy.

· Understand dry cleaning and wet
cleaning processes

· Conduct market positioning and
competitor benchmarking

· Research branding, customer
behavior, and premium service expectations
