Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement controls to detect and prevent revenue leakages across the customer lifecycle
- Continuous monitoring of revenue streams and ensure completeness and accuracy
- Drive advanced analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and potential revenue risks
- Review and validate reconciliation between systems (usage, billing, CRM, and finance)
- Identify process inefficiencies and control gaps leading to revenue loss and implement corrective actions
- Lead periodic audits and risk assessments across systems and processes
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within revenue assurance
- Present insights, risk areas, and recovery plans to senior leadership
