Location: Surat, Gujarat (Preference for Gujarati candidates)
Experience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory experience in an NGO, Trust, or Foundation)
CTC: ₹20-40 LPA
Eligibility
- Education: B.Com. (Mandatory)
- Additional qualification preferred: LLB, M.Com., MBA (Finance), or CA
- Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and drive scalable social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure statutory, legal, financial, and regulatory compliance while coordinating audits.




- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, NGOs, trusts, foundations, and community leaders.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks using SROI, ESG, and SDG indicators.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Drive field implementation across rural, tribal, and urban communities.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience managing NGO, Trust, or Foundation operations.
- Strong expertise in operations, finance, compliance, and governance.
