Job Description:
Role Summary:
Assist the Relationship Banker(s) in client coverage and origination for Global Subsidiary Relationships (GSB) based in the West India region. These would cover subsidiaries of our global clients from the US, EMEA, and Asia.
The role would entail working together with the Senior RM in:
- Managing day-to-day coverage, execution, and servicing for a portfolio of existing relationships and deepening engagement.
- Exploring the white space of prospect names and onboarding new relationships to grow the GSB West India franchise.
- Contributing strategic insights and market benchmarking for the development and direction of the GSB business in India.
- Supporting the achievement of hard financial targets and other sales KPIs around quality of origination and client management as assigned for the West India GSB business.
