As part of this role, you will manage end-to-end client onboarding, solution implementation, and ongoing business engagement while identifying opportunities to improve merchandising processes. You will also leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and adoption of merchandising solutions for retail and fashion clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful deployment.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, address operational challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve product-related issues, communicate client feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvements.
