We always knew flexibility had to be our core feature, in terms of both spatial design & community culture. Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.

Roles and responsibilities:
Project and Delivery Excellence:
- Responsible for adhering to an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.
- Manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities
- Prepare formal documentation on project progress for the client and 2gethr.
- Project Planning & Coordination- The aim is to establish a explicit roadmap that outlines what needs to be done, how it will be done, who will do it, and when it will be completed
- Quality Assurance- Establishing Requirements, documentation, involved in quality audits, RCA analysis.
- Reporting & Documentation- Regular reporting and documentation of projects.
- Build predictability, speed, and precision into every stage of project execution.
Planning, Scheduling & Operational Excellence:
- Maintain detailed execution plans and resource schedules in collaboration with design, procurement, a
