The role involves conducting research, developing policy recommendations, managing projects, and building relationships with government bodies, think tanks, and academic institutions. The candidate will be expected to translate research insights into actionable policy recommendations that drive systems-level change. Key Responsibilities: 1. Policy Research and Analysis Policy Research: Conduct primary and secondary research on social policies and governance issues aligned with organizational priorities. Data Analysis: Analyse policy guidelines, budgets,
reports, and official data sources to derive insights. Policy Writing: Draft policy briefs, concept notes, research reports, and presentations tailored to state contexts. Policy Innovation: Develop and evaluate research ideas to improve and innovate cash transfer and social policy programs. 2. Project Management Project Planning: Develop engagement plans for projects with state governments and research institutions. Execution: Lead and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. 3.
