Experience:

10+ years in Quality Engineering/Test Management, with experience leading enterprise HR technology testing programs involving Workday and/or Phenom platforms.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and manage a team of 15+ QA professionals supporting Workday and Phenom implementation, integration, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing leader who can understand business challenges, define testing strategies, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ testers across Workday and Phenom testing engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving effective communication and relationship management.
- Understand business requirements, analyze problem statements, and propose appropriate testing and quality assurance solutions.
- Define and manage test strategy, test planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery milestones.




- Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT support activities across Workday, Phenom, and related third-party systems.
- Drive defect triage, issue resolution, and quality governance while ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery commitments.
- Track testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and testing optimization.

Required Skills:
- Robust experience in Workday testing (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Integrations, etc.).
- Good understanding of Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform, including Career Site, CRM, Talent Marketing, Recruiting, and Workday/ATS integrations.
