Job Description – Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Pune (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing compelling sales strategies, and building solid, long-term relationships with clients across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities across Europe, UK, the Nordics, and other international markets.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.Io, email outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive business development initiatives with international clients across IT services and solutions.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short-, medium-, and

long-term sales pipeline.
- Conduct data gathering, market mapping, and research analysis to support sales strategy. Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule client meetings.




- Build and nurture strong professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and execute personalized outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture opportunities and create long-term business potential.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the IT services and software development industry.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and leadership team to support sales initiatives and market expansion efforts.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.Io, CRM platforms, and sales automation tools.
