JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services advisory and technology for our clients We are committed to hiring the best most talented people and empowering them to thrive grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong Whether you ve got deep experience in commercial real estate skilled trades or technology or you re looking to apply your relevant experience to a recent industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward Serve as the central point of contact and accountability for all Project-related issues within scope including those funded globally from a business group or RE F budget Manage all Projects so they are designed and built following the Client Design Standards Guidelines and are appropriate to the site and location requirements and standards During each Project document track and implement appropriate remediation and mitigation plans for any deviations found from the Client Design Standards Guidelines Upon completion of the asset replacement or building and infrastructure Project inform the Building and Technical Services Team and provide all relevant information so that the LCR and CMMS tools systems are updated following the replacement or refurbishment of assets Establish Project priorities allocate Project resources and maintain a Project pipeline so that Projects can be pulled in where capacity exists or Projects get cancelled or deferred Coordinate and oversee key individual Projects along a critical path and perform oversight of Project proposals and implementations Ensure change management and communications management best practices are incorporated into the individual Projects being delivered Monitor and audit Project progress at an account level Ensure that the various elements of Projects are tightly integrated and consistently deployed Provide timely and appropriate Project-related communicat
