all travelers. Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly
motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Agent – Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you
will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel
needs and providing exceptional customer service at the airport.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters and boarding gates - Handle ticketing, reservations, and
other inquiries from passengers - Check and tag baggage according
to airline regulations - Ensure compliance with airport security
and safety procedures - Assist passengers with special needs, such
as wheelchair assistance - Resolve customer complaints and issues
in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other airport
staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient
operation - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to
company policies and procedures at all times - Attend training
sessions and meetings as required Qualifications: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is
preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detail
and ability to multitask - Willingness to work adaptable schedules,
including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background
check and obtain necessary airport security clearance - Fluency in
