Z Hotels is scaling across multiple cities with a clear focus on driving consistent occupancy and revenue through corporate demand.
While product, pricing, and operations create the foundation, corporate sales is the most controllable and scalable demand engine.
Each hotel needs a robust sales engine that ensures:
- Consistent inflow of qualified corporate leads
- Strong pipeline across different deal stages
- High conversion from meetings to closures
- Repeat business and long-term corporate relationships
This role exists to ensure that corporate demand is actively built, converted, and sustained.
If this role is strong, hotels see predictable occupancy and stable revenue. If this role is weak, demand becomes volatile, pipelines dry up, and revenue becomes dependent on external channels.
Your mandate is clear
- Own revenue targets for assigned hotel(s)
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified corporate pipeline
- Drive meetings, proposals,
negotiations, and closures
- Position and pitch Z Hotels effectively to corporate clients
- Ensure deals move across stages without getting stuck
- Convert relationships into repeat and growing business
This is not a support role. It is end-to-end ownership of pipeline, deals, and revenue outcomes.
