Role: Project Head (District), Vikarabad, Telangana Experience: 4-6 years Salary: Up to 8 LPA Note: Telugu speaking is must About the role: We are seeking a energetic and experienced Project Head to oversee the implementation of the Learning Equaliser programme , aimed at building science capital among secondary school students in government schools. Working closely with Qualcomm and District Partners, the Project Head will manage programme delivery across 25 intervention schools and 5 controlled schools, ensuring strategic alignment, high-quality implementation, and measurable outcomes. The position requires a systems-oriented programme leader capable of translating programme design into district-level implementation architecture while ensuring institutionalisation within government structures for long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities : 1. Government Partnerships & System Integration Establish, strengthen, and manage strategic partnerships with State, District, and Block education authorities to ensure programme alignment with government priorities.



Facilitate the integration of programme components into district education systems (annual plans, budgets, review mechanisms, training calendars, and monitoring structures). Support the formalisation of institutional arrangements such as MoUs, district approvals, convergence platforms, and review forums. Collaborate with the State Lead and senior leadership to co-design monitoring frameworks and decision-support systems aligned to government data structures. Represent the organisation in district-level review meetings, convergence forums, and institutional consultations. 2. District Programme Implementation & Institutionalisation Lead end-to-end implementation across districts, ensuring fidelity to programme design across instructional, gender, aspiration, STEM, and governance workstreams.
