About the Role We're looking for a highly driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead outbound growth initiatives within the luxury packaging industry.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that combines strategic market research with proactive sales execution. You'll identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers at leading luxury brands, conduct consultative discovery conversations, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across global luxury sectors, including Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, Jewelry, and Lifestyle.
Execute outbound sales strategies through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, referrals, and other lead generation channels.




Generate qualified sales opportunities and consistently build a healthy sales pipeline.
Own the early stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through qualification and handover where applicable.
Gather market intelligence and customer insights to strengthen commercial strategies and support internal teams.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity progress within CRM systems.
Deliver accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at premium international luxury brands.
Position the organization as a trusted partner through a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
Represent the business with professionalism that reflects the standards of the luxury industry.
