About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to support our US IT Staffing team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions across the US while gaining hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Learn US IT recruitment, visa types, and employment models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory). Please apply only if you are confident communicating with US-based candidates over phone and email.
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of US IT Staffing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS tools, or job portals is a plus.
