team as Airport Ground Staff. This is a full-time position based in
Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a member of our Airport Ground Staff
team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and
efficient operation of the airport. Your primary responsibilities
will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling,
security procedures, and boarding processes. You will also be
responsible for providing excellent customer service to all airport
guests. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with
check-in and baggage drop-off procedures - Ensure compliance with
all security procedures and regulations - Assist passengers with
boarding processes and provide necessary information - Handle and
resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and
timely manner - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and




organization of the airport terminal - Collaborate with other
airport staff to ensure the smooth and effective flow of operations
- Communicate effectively with airline representatives, ground
handlers, and other airport personnel - Adhere to all safety and
security protocols at all times Qualifications: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or
