Role Overview

As a Salesperson at BONbLOC, you will drive enterprise digital transformation by positioning our cutting-edge solutions across IoT, SaaS, AI, and Blockchain. You will engage with senior leaders to understand their compliance, operational, and innovation needs, and deliver tailored proposals that showcase the company's value in regulated and data-driven industries.

This role requires consultative selling, technical fluency, and the ability to translate advanced capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for SaaS, IoT, AI, and Blockchain solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline across industries.

Client Engagement & Discovery
- Conduct strategic discovery sessions to map digital transformation goals.




- Engage with enterprise stakeholders to uncover compliance, visibility, and efficiency challenges.

Solution Positioning & Demonstrations
- Compliance & Traceability Platforms (DSCSA, FSMA)
- IoT Edge Data Solutions for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance
- AI-Enhanced Analytics for operational intelligence, anomaly detection, and predictive insights
- Blockchain-Backed Traceability for secure, auditable supply chains

Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Ensure seamless handoff to implementation and support teams.

Relationship Building & Growth
- Establish trusted client relationships to drive long-term business.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of trends in AI, IoT, SaaS, and Blockchain.
- Provide feedback to shape go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
