What You'll Own
- Drive sustainable business growth and overall company performance
- Own the P&L;, including revenue, profitability, and operational outcomes
- Lead business development initiatives and expand strategic client relationships

and efficiency
- Develop cost-effective execution strategies that balance quality, speed, and profitability
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across functions
- Establish scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics
- Identify current opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation
- Position CleanPro as a strategic partner to clients, not just a service provider
- Maintain and enhance our exceptional customer retention levels
