We are looking for a sk EbizON is a commerce solutions provider working with global brands and retailers We build high-impact performance marketing campaigns that scale revenue for D2C e-commerce clients Role overview You will own Meta ad campaigns end-to-end from briefing creatives and audience building to scaling campaigns and delivering measurable ROI This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate data into action and run multiple campaigns across verticals Key responsibilities Plan set up and optimize Meta Facebook Instagram campaigns across objectives conversions lead gen traffic app installs Build and maintain audience strategy custom audiences lookalikes retargeting funnels Conduct creative and copy A B tests analyze and iterate Monitor KPIs CPA CPC CPM CTR ROAS and deliver regular performance reports Setup validate Meta Pixel and Conversions API with analytics teams Collaborate with design content to produce ad creatives and landing pages Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS CPA Document learnings and maintain campaign playbooks Must-have 2 years direct experience running Meta Facebook Instagram ad campaigns Strong analytical skills and comfortable with campaign reporting spreadsheets Experience with Meta Pixel Conversion API and UTM tracking Practical knowledge of audience segmentation bidding strategies and scaling Transparent communication and ability to work with creative and product teams Nice-to-have Exposure to Google Ads other paid social platforms Experience in e-commerce D2C brands or performance marketing agencies Experience with analytics tools Google Analytics GA4 or BI tools About Us We re an international team that specialize in building technology products then helping brands grow with multi-channel demand generation marketing We have in-house experience working for Fortune companies e-commerce brands technology SaaS companies VC-funded startups We have assisted over a dozen billion-dollar companies with consulting technolog
