The Managing Principal Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements which will be a healthy mix of international tax M A Transfer Pricing and Litigation Role Responsibilities Preparation of opinions presentations and proposals Researching and analyzing complex tax issues Leading briefings and preparing submissions paper books at the appellate stage Advising clients on tax implications of business decisions Experience in Tax Litigation Alternate Dispute Resolution and Advance Pricing Agreement APA is a plus Robust understanding of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues with experience in advising multinational corporations and Indian business groups Interactions with Partners and briefing them on client requirements Manage the team Requirements Experience 10 years of experience in Corporate International Tax and Transfer Pricing with a reputed law firm or professional services firm Skills Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines Qualifications Chartered Accountant LL B
