This role is responsible for overall district operations across one or more initiatives, such as fellowship programs, teacher support programs, and partnership-based projects. This position is ideal for a leader who can manage field operations, work closely with government schools and officials, mentor youth fellows, and build robust relationships with parents and community stakeholders to improve student outcomes, specifically regarding preparation for JNV and other residential model schools. Key Responsibilities: 1. District Program Management Manage overall operations within the district for all active programs.
