KCAL operates its manufacturing facility in Thiruttani, Tamil Nadu, with an installed production capacity of approximately 680 tonnes per month. With an annual turnover of approximately ₹200 crore and a workforce of around 234 employees, KCAL has established itself as a key player in the automotive HVAC component segment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and strategic ‘Head of Finance/ Senior Manager Finance’ to lead the Finance function for this business in Thiruttani. This role is responsible for complete financial governance, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, treasury, taxation, audit, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will ensure robust financial control, drive profitability improvements, and provide strategic insights to support management decision-making and long term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Leadership




- Provide strategic financial direction to support business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Lead the finance team across accounting, FP&A;, costing, treasury, and compliance.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.

2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & FP&A;
- Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long range financial planning.
- Conduct detailed P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to management through MIS and business review presentations.
- Partner with manufacturing, procurement, operations, and sales to understand cost drivers and business performance.

3. Controllership & Accounting
- Oversee all accounting operations, month/Quarter closing, reconciliations, and ledger accuracy.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS accounting standards.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow
