staff and Ticketing Location: Pune Airport, Maharashtra, India
Contract Details: Full-time Responsibilities: - Greet and assist
passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle
ticketing and reservations, including booking, rebooking, and
cancellations - Provide excellent customer service and ensure a
smooth and efficient check-in process - Handle baggage, including
tagging, loading, and unloading - Conduct security checks and
ensure compliance with safety regulations - Assist passengers with
special needs and handle any customer queries or complaints -
Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to
ensure timely departures and arrivals - Maintain accurate records




of passenger information and flight details - Adhere to company
policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Minimum of a
high school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in the
aviation industry is preferred but not required - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a
rapid-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and
decision-making skills - Willingness to work in shifts, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift
heavy baggage - Proficient in using computer systems and software -
