Role Description The Founder’s Office – Growth and Ops Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.
This role involves partnering closely with the founder to drive growth projects, coordinate cross-functional execution, and track key business metrics. Daily responsibilities include managing workflows and operations, preparing analytical reports and presentations, and supporting customer-facing initiatives that improve delivery experience and adoption of the FenixCommerce platform. The position also includes handling administrative tasks, overseeing documentation and basic financial processes, and collaborating with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth internal communication and productive service delivery. The individual will be expected to proactively identify process improvements, assist in planning and execution of special projects, and act as a central point of coordination for the founder’s priorities.
