Role Purpose





USTU is looking for a high-agency, entrepreneurial Outreach Senior Role to build and lead our student acquisition engine from the ground up. This is a 0→1 role requiring someone who thrives on building systems, teams, and market relationships — not just operating established processes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Outreach in K-12 and College Ecosystem

Identify & build relationships with key feeder schools, JCs, and coaching centers.

Launch events & activations to drive prospective student footfall.

Lead participation in education fairs, seminars, career guidance events.

Product Training & Competitive Positioning

Ensure every team member deeply understands USTU's product, differentiators, pricing/scholarships, and competitors.

Design onboarding (with HR & Academic team) and upskilling programs.

Maintain a competitive intelligence dashboard: courses, pricing, offers from other universities.
