Key Responsibilities
Sales Achievement & Target Management
- Achieve sales targets by monitoring performance metrics such as target vs achievement, collection efficiency, and customer conversion rates.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain financial discipline and healthy cash flow.
- Strategically plan and execute OPD campaigns to maximize new customer onboarding and targeting atleast 60% conversion rate per sale.
- Establish robust partnerships with dental colleges to integrate SHIPL products into their academic and clinical practices.
