seeking Ground Staff to join our team and assist in the smooth
operation of our flights all over India. The Ground Staff will be
responsible for various tasks such as checking in passengers,
handling baggage, and providing assistance to passengers with
special needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability
to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in passengers in a friendly and
professional manner - Handle baggage and ensure it is properly
tagged and loaded onto the aircraft - Assist passengers with
special needs,



such as those with disabilities or young children -
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Ensure the
safety and security of all passengers and their belongings -
Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other
ground staff and flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient
operation - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in
a timely and professional manner - Adhere to all safety and
security procedures and regulations at all times Qualifications: -
High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer
service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Must be
