looking for freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff in
Hyderabad, Telangana. Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff,
you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel
needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport.
Your duties will include but not limited to: 1. Greeting and
welcoming passengers upon their arrival at the airport. 2.
Assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling,
and boarding processes. 3. Providing information and assistance to
passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.
4. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and
courteous manner. 5. Ensuring the safety and security of passengers
and airport facilities. 6. Collaborating with other airport staff
and departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for
passengers. 7. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
8. Adhering to all safety and security regulations set by the
company and aviation authorities. 9. Assisting with special needs
passengers, such as elderly or disabled individuals. 10. Handling
cash and credit card transactions for airport services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. 2.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills. 5. Must be able to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 6. Physically fit
and able to lift heavy luggage. 7. Basic computer skills. 8. Prior
experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required.
