This leadership role demands strategic vision, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to drive sustainable financial growth for the organization's mission. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Fundraising Leadership Design and implement an advanced fundraising strategy to achieve annual and long-term financial goals. Identify, cultivate, and secure high-value funding opportunities from CSR, domestic and international foundations, trusts, and HNIs. Oversee and expand relationships with key donors, ensuring exceptional engagement and retention. Monitor fundraising performance metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership and the board. 2. Grant Writing & Proposal Excellence Lead the creation of high-quality grant proposals,



concept notes, and pitch decks tailored to diverse donor segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Programs, Finance, M&E;, Communications) to align proposals with organizational goals and impact metrics. Ensure compliance and timely submission of proposals throughout the grant lifecycle. 3. Corporate & Institutional Partnerships Build and manage strategic relationships with CSR leaders, institutional donors, and funding agencies to secure multi-year commitments. Develop and present creative corporate engagement models, including employee volunteering, skill-based partnerships, and co-branded initiatives. Represent the organization at high-profile forums, CSR events, and partnership discussions to enhance visibility and funding opportunities. 4.
