company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are currently seeking
enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport
Ground Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to
kickstart their career in the aviation industry. As a member of our
Ground Staff team, you will be responsible for providing efficient
and friendly service to our passengers. Your main duties will
include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling,
security checks, and boarding procedures. You will also be
responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers
while they are on the ground. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and
assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle
baggage and assist with loading and unloading onto aircraft -
Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety
regulations - Provide information and assistance to passengers
regarding flight schedules,
delays, and other inquiries - Handle
any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely
manner - Collaborate with other ground staff and airline crew to
ensure smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized work
environment at all times - Adhere to all company policies and
procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced and energetic environment - Physically fit and
able to lift heavy baggage - Willingness to work flexible hours,
including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Prior
experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required We
