Responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and cost plans, supporting tendering and cost estimation activities, and assisting with cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Contributes to interim valuations, variation assessments, cashflow forecasting, and final accounts, while working closely with project teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with applicable standards and procedures.



General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Measurement & Quantification Undertake quantity take-offs for Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, and HVAC works using applicable standards. Use software tools (e.g., Cost X, AutoCAD) for quantity take-off and summarize quantities, transfer data into BOQs or cost plans, including carrying out bulk checks. Draft or Validate Bills of Quantities, including carrying out bulk checks. Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis Support cost estimation activities by identifying basic material and labour rates and understanding rate analysis for standard work items. Tendering & Procurement Support Lead hospital construction/renovation projects involving MEP & biomedical systems. Manage vendor selection, contracts, and service agreements.
