Job Description Business Strategy Analyst
/n Location: Mumbai
/n What You'll Do
/n /n Work closely with the Management and Business Strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information related to Sales, Products, new initiatives, and the company's organic and inorganic growth.
/n Perform data crunching, data mining, and analyze sales data, including historical performance, market trends, and insights, to identify business opportunities and challenges.
/n Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the Sales team and Management.
/n Assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
/n Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
/n Prepare and monitor weekly sales funnel performance reports.
/n Work closely with Business teams to identify and track potential business opportunities.
/n Monitor product-wise business performance (Target vs. Achievement) and present key insights to Management.




/n Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
/n Manage CRM user access for the Business team and provide support in resolving CRM-related issues.
/n Provide sales representatives with relevant business reports and data, including:
/n Traffic & Revenue Reports
/n DLT Reports
/n Sales Funnel & Pipeline Reports
/n Opportunity Stage Reports
/n Act as a liaison between the Sales team and cross-functional departments.
/n Ensure the Sales team regularly updates leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
/n /n What You'll Have
/n /n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
/n 3–4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a Sales, Business Strategy, or Marketing environment.
/n Robust proficiency in data analysis and data crunching with Advanced Micr
