As we continue to build one of India's fastest-growing healthcare brands, we're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can make Truemeds one of the most trusted, engaging and share-worthy healthcare brands on social media.

We're especially excited to build our YouTube presence from the ground up. If you've been part of a 0 to 1 YouTube growth journey for a brand, understand what it takes to build an audience from scratch, and know how to turn content into a long-term growth engine, this role is built for you.

We're looking for someone who understands culture, storytelling, community building, data and brand strategy, and knows how to bring them together to create meaningful impact.





Lead the overall social media strategy across Instagram and YouTube as the primary platforms, while acting as the trusted custodian of LinkedIn.
• Build a consistent, memorable and differentiated brand voice across every platform.
• Build a Content Engine People Want to Share
• Translate the brand's positioning into social-first content that educates, entertains, inspires and gets shared.
• Develop platform-native content strategies instead of repurposing the same content across every platform.
• Identify opportunities around trends, topical moments, awareness days and cultural conversations, while ensuring relevance to the brand.
• Bring fresh content ideas across Reels, Shorts, videos, carousels, creator collaborations, educational content and storytelling formats.

Define monthly, quarterly and annual growth goals across followers, engagement, reach, video views, shares and community metrics.
