The role combines strategic business development, client advisory, client servicing, and leadership to position the firm as a trusted partner delivering outcomes not just services. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Market Expansion: Design and execute business development strategies aligned with consulting priorities. Identify opportunities in sectors like CSR advisory and Corporate Volunteering. Build a robust pipeline across priority accounts and geographies. Client & Partner Engagement: Cultivate senior-level relationships with clients, funders, and foundations. Act as a thought partner to co-create value-driven solutions for complex challenges. Lead strategic partnerships and manage account scaling.



Proposal Leadership & Deal Closure: Lead end-to-end proposal development, including pricing and negotiations. Collaborate with teams to craft compelling, insight-led pitches. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning: Contribute to the firm's agenda through sector briefs and insights. Represent the firm at industry platforms and policy dialogues. Monitor sector trends and funding landscapes. Internal Leadership & Reporting: Mentor junior team members and strengthen internal CRM discipline.
