Be a part of a high-growth Customer and Employee Experience consulting firm that’s redefining digital engagement. We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who will own and drive growth across key enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for end-to-end account ownership including revenue growth, client relationships, and account profitability. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders (CIO/CMO/CDO) to identify opportunities, drive digital transformation initiatives, and position Altudo’s capabilities across Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), CMS, and composable architectures.

Own and grow strategic customer accounts with responsibility for revenue, account expansion, and profitability.
Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline within existing accounts to drive sustained revenue growth.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through successful delivery aligned to scope, timelines, and quality.
Track and manage account KPIs including revenue, utilization, profitability,



and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
10+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or client engagement roles.
~ Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client accounts in North America.
~ Experience engaging in and selling to C-level executives including CIOs, CMOs, and CDOs.
~ Strong experience in solution selling, business development, and contract negotiations.
~ Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end client engagements and drive account growth.
~ Positive understanding of digital ecosystem including DXP, CMS, and composable architectures.
~ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage revenue and profitability targets.
