We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to spearhead the launch and market development of our LED lighting brand in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the brand's presence, developing a solid dealer and distributor network, driving sales, and creating long-term business relationships across the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development
- Lead the successful launch of the brand in Hyderabad and surrounding markets.
- Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory expansion strategies to achieve market penetration.
Channel Development
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Build a sustainable distribution network across the territory.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at all key outlets.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual sales targets.
- Drive secondary sales through effective channel engagement.
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Project & Institutional Sales
- Develop relationships with electrical contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and government departments.
- Generate enquiries and convert project opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
Brand Building
- Execute promotional campaigns, dealer meets, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
- Increase brand visibility and customer awareness in the assigned territory.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
