We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals
to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidates
should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric
attitude, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. As a
member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for
providing assistance and support to passengers, handling baggage,
and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas - Handle passenger
inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules,
delays,



and other airport services - Check and tag baggage,
ensuring proper weight and size limits are met - Load and unload
baggage and cargo from aircrafts - Ensure the safety and security
of passengers and their belongings throughout their journey -
Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities - Coordinate
with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely services -
Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and
security regulations set by the company and airport authorities
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team
environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects -
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays -
Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is
preferred but not required - Basic computer skills - Fluency in
