ICCBFSI is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive corporate training opportunities and build strong partnerships across the BFSI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance companies and other financial institutions
- Reach out to HR, L&D;, Training Heads and senior decision-makers
- Present and promote ICCBFSI corporate training and professional development programmes
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into training assignments
- Prepare proposals, presentations and customised training solutions based on client requirements
- Coordinate meetings, discussions, programme schedules and institutional follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with corporate and banking partners
- Explore collaboration opportunities with colleges, universities and professional institutions
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, proposals and conversions
- Support corporate campaigns, events, webinars and industry outreach initiatives
- Work closely with trainers,



subject-matter experts and programme teams for successful delivery
- Gather market intelligence and identify emerging BFSI training requirements

Preferred Profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Solid communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Interest or experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Training, BFSI, EdTech or Professional Education
- Comfortable speaking with HR, L&D; teams and senior corporate professionals
- Ability to independently generate leads and follow up consistently
- Knowledge of Banking, Finance, FinTech, Compliance, Cybersecurity or professional certification markets will be an advantage
