The Role We’re looking for a Head of Recruitment Operations who can own and scale the entire delivery engine of Qureos across sourcing, screening, assessments, shortlisting, and candidate experience. You will manage an existing team from day 1, optimize what works, rebuild what doesn’t, and design operations that can scale from 100 → 300+ hires per month across UAE, GCC, and global markets. Think of this role as part strategist, part operator, part “I can fix this in two days” leader.

What You’ll Do Own the full recruitment delivery cycle Oversee sourcing, screening, assessments, and shortlisting across mixed seniority roles Maintain exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Ensure every shortlist delivered to clients feels rapid, accurate, and high-quality Scale high-volume hiring operations Manage and expand the operations team based on performance and demand Build SOPs, workflows, and QC processes that ensure consistent output Handle 100–300+ hiring volume per month across multiple markets Be deeply data-driven Track sourcing channel performance and optimize for CAC Build dashboards for visibility across each stage of the funnel Prioritize channels and processes based on performance, not hunches Improve speed & efficiency Ruthlessly reduce time-to-hire and fix bottlenecks across the pipeline Improve conversion rates between every step of the recr
