You will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle—from the first touchpoint with a candidate to performance management, policy design, and culture building. Hiring & Onboarding Pipeline Building: Maintain a continuous pulse on the talent market, cultivating a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates across all levels. Process Excellence: Lead the execution of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless, respectful, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Effective Integration: Manage the 3-month onboarding journey (SOP), ensuring every new joiner feels supported, informed, and ready to contribute from Day 1. 2. Policies,



Processes & Systems System Design: Build and maintain scalable systems and documentation to support our expanding team. Policy Development: Research and draft modern HR policies, frameworks, and toolkits that reflect our values. Compliance & Tech: Oversee the implementation and optimization of an HRMS and other tech tools to automate and improve people processes. 3. Performance & Culture Growth Management: Facilitate the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, progress tracking, and manager-led evaluations.
