Job Summary
The Sales & Service Coordinator will act as the central point of contact (SPOC) for sales coordination, customer support, office administration, and operational activities within the region. The role requires close coordination with sales teams, customers, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations, timely collections, effective office management, and seamless sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for all regional sales-related office activities.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and customer communications on behalf of the sales team, especially when team members are traveling.
Process and manage leads received through platforms such as IndiaMART and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor and maintain sales activities through Salesforce (SFDC) and ensure data accuracy.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team during customer visits, travel,



and business engagements.
Support inside sales activities, including telecalling, lead generation, lead qualification, and customer follow-ups.
Collections & Commercial Coordination
Follow up with sales teams, channel partners, and customers regarding pending invoices and collections.
Coordinate the collection and submission of Bank Guarantees (BG), Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), and Security Deposits (SD).
Track outstanding payments and support finance and sales teams in achieving collection targets.
Logistics & Documentation
Prepare E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, and other required documentation for material dispatch.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
Maintain records of dispatches and supporting documentation.
Office Administration
Manage regional petty cash and maintain accurate records of expenses and reimbursements.
