Location: Chennai, India (sales responsibility across Chennai, Hyderabad & Coimbatore)

Type: Full time, on-site

Compensation: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives + ESOPs (vesting)

The Role

You are the voice of Platestory to every customer. You'll understand what each celebration needs, present our work in a way that makes people fall in love with it, and close with warmth and professionalism — across three cities and growing.

What You'll Do
- Engage customers across every channel — calls, WhatsApp, Instagram,



email — to understand the occasion and recommend the right creation
- Own inbound inquiries end to end, with fast, polished, on-brand responses
- Build outbound and B2B pipeline — corporate gifting, bulk orders, recurring accounts — for predictable growth beyond walk-in demand
- Know the full product range and pricing cold
- Keep the CRM immaculate — every lead and interaction logged
- Hit and beat monthly targets across cities
- Drive customer delight that turns into five-star reviews, referrals, and repeat orders
- Take part in sales training and help organize promotional events

What You Bring
- Languages: Telugu, Tamil( basic, but not mandatory), and English — required, since you'll be selling across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Hindi is a welcome bonus.
- 0–2 years of sales experience;
retail, hospitality, orfood-service background is a plus. Sharp freshers with genuine hustle are welcome.
