Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Manager – Business Development to own recent client acquisition across India's real estate developer ecosystem. This is a remote, individual-contributor role for someone who already has a working network among developers, CMOs, and sales heads, and who's sold considered, high-value solutions before — not transactional or commodity products. You'll run the full sales cycle independently,



from first conversation to signed deal, and you'll report directly to the Director – Business Development.

This role suits someone 4-6 years into their BD career who wants ownership of a defined territory/vertical without layers of sales management in between — and who's comfortable being measured on revenue, not activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently prospect, pitch, and close new business with real estate developers, targeting project launches and ongoing sales campaigns
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts (developer marketing/sales leadership) using our in-house CRM
- Lead consultative, solution-based sales conversations — translating a developer's launch/sales challenge into a Sparrow solution (Experience Centers, VR, Digital Twins, visualization, sales enablement tools)
- Own commercial negotiations, proposal structuring, and deal closure, including coordination with internal creativ
