but make final decisions when necessary - Draft quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs - Improve product quality, security, and performance Our Ideal Candidate Will Have - 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience - Proven experience leading and growing a team of 5+ - Experience in hiring strategies and team retention - You've run internal programs for growth and learning - Experience building scalable platforms (you've owned & built features from start to finish before) - Thorough knowledge of SDLC - Extensive knowledge of any of Python, Go, NodeJS - Working knowledge of frontend and mobile apps - Expertise on any RDBMS or NoSQL databases - Understands CI/CD pipelines - Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure - Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges About You - Product-minded.
