About Us GRG Fine Foods Pvt. Ltd. has been in the food manufacturing industry since 1992 and is an established B2B player supplying mayonnaise, ketchup, and culinary sauces to commercial kitchens, cafés, restaurants, QSRs, and institutional customers.
We are now launching Spego , our consumer-facing sauce brand, into the retail and B2C market across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick-Commerce platforms.
This is not a maintenance sales role. This is a brand-building role.
We are looking for a strong FMCG sales qualified who can be part of the Spego Launch Team and help build our retail distribution, market presence, and sales engine from the ground up.
Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for launching and expanding Spego across retail markets, distributors, general trade, modern trade, and key accounts.



The role requires a hands-on sales leader who understands FMCG food distribution and can build markets with ownership.
Build and execute the retail sales launch plan for Spego.
Develop relationships with supermarkets, retail chains, gourmet stores, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
Build primary and secondary sales systems.
Plan sales targets, schemes, market visits, and monthly business reviews.
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf presence.
Work closely with internal teams on pricing, packaging feedback, demand planning, and launch execution.
Recruit and guide sales executives/territory sales officers as the market expands.
8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food categories.
~ Experience in sauces, condiments, spreads, snacks, dairy, beverages, frozen foods, or packaged foods will be preferred.
~ Modern Trade experience will be an advantage.
~ Good understanding of Bangalore/South India retail markets.
