Responsibilities As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, connecting TeamViewer’s sales team with enterprise customers. Your focus will be on demonstrating and delivering value through TeamViewer’s solutions in DEX, Remote connectivity, End Point Management, Observability, and Automation.
Technical Expertise & Product Demonstrations: Become a subject matter expert on our DEX, remote connectivity and remote management product portfolio. Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to potential clients, both in person and virtually. Tailor demonstrations to address specific customer requirements and pain points. Clearly articulate the technical value proposition and business benefits of our solutions. Strategic Differentiation and Competitive Positioning of Product Capabilities Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and technical requirements. Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and objectives. Design and propose tailored solutions that address customer needs and leverage our product capabilities.
