Role Overview: The Trainer/Mentor will support the delivery and implementation of an MSME AI Enablement Program by conducting training sessions, mentoring MSMEs, and driving AI adoption across business functions. The role focuses on capacity building, participant engagement, implementation support, and adoption tracking to ensure MSMEs can effectively integrate AI tools into their day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery & MSME Engagement: Training Facilitation: Deliver AI training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and cohort-based learning programs through online, offline, and blended formats. AI Awareness & Application: Support MSMEs in understanding practical applications of AI across operations, marketing, sales, finance, HR, and customer engagement functions. Participant Management: Ensure smooth execution of training activities, including participant coordination, attendance tracking, session management, and follow-up communication.



Learning Enablement: Simplify AI concepts into practical and easy-to-understand learning experiences for MSME entrepreneurs and teams. Hands-on Support: Facilitate AI tool demonstrations, practical exercises, and guided implementation activities during training sessions. 2.
